You should have at least 2 computer literate peoples other than you, who can make stock entry & sales in your absence.

Keep 2-3 extra rims of barcode label sheets, you don't know the barcode label sheets will be finished and you have to run to purchase them, and chances may be that it is out of stock or the stationer is closed. As a backup policy always keep some extra rims with you, so that in case of urgency your work won't effect.
